User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate team and contact information.
• Only post legitimate availability.
• Honor accepted games.
• Communicate professionally with other coaches.
• Keep login credentials secure.
• Comply with applicable league and facility rules.

Scheduling Disclaimer

TBL Florida helps coordinate scheduling but does not guarantee field or court access, officials, opponent attendance, or facility availability. Coaches are responsible for confirming facility rules, field or court access, and any officials, referees, or umpires if applicable.

SMS Terms

By opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to receive transactional text messages from TBL Florida related to game scheduling, including challenges, accepted or declined challenges, scheduled games, cancellations, and game messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Email Notifications

You may receive transactional email notifications related to account activity and scheduling updates.

Prohibited Conduct

• Do not send spam challenges or harassing messages.
• Do not provide false team information or impersonate others.
• Do not misuse contact information or attempt to access accounts, games, or messages that are not yours.

Limitation of Liability

We provide a scheduling platform to help teams connect, but we cannot guarantee outcomes or control third-party facilities and opponents. Users agree to use the service at their own risk and to verify details directly with other teams and facilities.
